- Required Documentation : The final judgment from the UAE court, along with the necessary certificate, must be submitted for execution in the Indian court.
- Asset Attachment : The District Court has the authority to attach the debtor’s assets and arrange for their auction to satisfy the judgment.
- Coercive Measures : If necessary, additional enforcement actions, including arrest, can be pursued to ensure debt recovery.
